STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.


  1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTCS”) apply to all sales of goods by us notwithstanding any conflicting, contrary or additional terms and conditions in any purchase order or other communication from you. No such conflicting, contrary or additional terms and conditions shall be deemed accepted by us unless and until we expressly confirm our acceptance in writing. 
  2. We reserve the right to change these GTCS at any time. We will Post any changes by posting notice on our website for a period 30 days.
  3. For clients located in Lebanon and for small orders, our invoices are paid on delivery, in USB or LBP based on the daily market rate. As for bulk orders, a 60% payment is required within 3 working days upon the client order confirmation. The remaining 40 % payment is due upon the pickup of the full order from one of our locations specified by the client. In the event of non-payment by the due date as mentioned above, Paty Crochets have the authorized to suspend any provision of goods or services without prior warning in the event of late payment.
  4. The delivery charges and pickup charges will be fully paid by the client
  5. The delivery of the goods for small local orders will be between 5 and 15 days, Paty Crochets have the authority to delay any order for any reason, and the client will be notified by this delay
  6. For clients abroad only our pattern section is allowed, Paty Crochets have the authority to cancel any physical orders
  7. Physical products currently are not shipped to countries except Lebanon
  8. The return of any product (physical or non physical) is not allowed, only in special circumstances after analysis by Paty Crochets
  9. All patterns are Copyrighted to Paty Crochets, and once bought, the buyer is not allowed to send it to anyone. Only Paty Crochets can share it
  10. Sold items locally or abroad are not returned or refunded
